Content Policy

This Content Policy applies to text you submit, images you upload or reference, generation requests, editing instructions, AI-generated images, downloaded files, and other content created through Magical Image.

By using the Service, you agree not to submit, generate, store, download, or distribute content that violates this policy.

You may not use the Service to generate, edit, upload, download, or distribute:

• Illegal activity, fraud, evasion of law enforcement, dangerous item instructions, drugs, weapons, or other unlawful conduct.
• Sexually explicit content, sexual services, sexualized marketing, or any sexualized, nude, or intimate content involving minors.
• Hate, discrimination, harassment, threats, humiliation, or incitement targeting people or groups.
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, suicide encouragement, instructions to harm others, or dangerous behavior instructions.
• Political propaganda, political mobilization, impersonation of real political figures, or misleading, attacking, mocking, or inflammatory images involving party, government, military, or sensitive public events.
• Privacy-invasive content, including identity documents, contact details, addresses, private images, unauthorized faces, or identifiable personal data.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, likeness rights, reputation rights, or other third-party rights, including counterfeit brands, platform marks, celebrities, or public figures.
• Misleading, deceptive, or fabricated real-world evidence, official documents, payment receipts, news screenshots, medical conclusions, financial conclusions, or legal conclusions.
• Attempts to induce models to reveal system prompts, hidden instructions, secrets, internal configuration, model routing, keys, or backend implementation details.

We record an internal provenance identifier for generated content. To ordinary viewers this may appear to be a meaningless identifier, but within our systems it can be traced to the generation job, user, timestamp, model, and prompt evidence.

Where required by law, platform rules, or publication context, we may add AI-generated notices, implicit identifiers, file metadata, or other provenance markers in the page, download file, file metadata, or image. You may not maliciously remove, alter, forge, or conceal these markers.

You may report content generated or distributed through the Service that may be illegal, infringing, impersonating, privacy-invasive, or otherwise in violation of this policy.

Please provide an order number, task time, content identifier, relevant link, or other necessary details when available so we can locate and handle the issue.
